Nina Sá graduated in Biology at Universidade de Brasília, and Culinary School at IESB and the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners - ICIF, Italy. She first found out about Yoga in 2001, when she was studying for UnB’s admission exam. Since then, she has practiced Iyengar Yoga, Integrative Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Restaurative Yoga and SUPYoga.

She did her 250-hour Teacher Training at Montanha Encantada, Garopaba – SC, in Integrative Yoga, with the creators of the method, Lilian and Joseph Le Page, and the 65-hour Meditation Teacher Training, being certified by Aliança do Yoga and Yoga Alliance International. As well as Adarsha Ma Prem's Contemporary Hatha Yoga 200H Teacher Training.

She specialized in Restorative Yoga, with teachers Milla Derzett and Roberto Simões, in São Paulo, and Prenatal Yoga at GAMA, in São Paulo as well, having completed the Birth Doula Training that is required. She took Applied Anatomy for Yoga, at São Paulo School of Medicine (UNIFESP – EPM) and Liquid Asana ~Vinyasa Flow Intensive Workshop, with Micheline Berry (California, USA). She also took Transcendental Meditation courses, as well as Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Reiki and ThetaHealing trainings, this last one as an interpreter.

Currently in Brasília, she teaches Personal Yoga classes, both individual and small groups, in English. Studio classes are guided in Portuguese only. ;) She is also a BodyTalk practitioner and Reiki therapist, and currently attends Core Energetics' 4 year Practitioner Certification Program (a marriage of Body Psychotherapy and Spiritual Development).
